Yak & Yeti Himalayan Cuisine

My lunch was truly impressive. The mention of Himalayan cuisine piqued my interest. I chose to be adventurous and try something unfamiliar. The yak soup and dumplings were flavorful, and the butter chicken exceeded my expectations, featuring a smooth consistency and substantial chicken pieces. The cracker and dip selection created an inviting ambiance for a new experience.

We were on the north side for business and were planning on Goodfella's for lunch. Goodfella's was closed so we picked a new place. WOW! I'm glad we did. Each dish had its own distinct flavor, spicy, sweet, salty, etc. Yet all went well together. Service was great, as was the restaurant. Didn't know what we would like so we ordered way too much food. Will go back.

This was an amazing experience! The food was delicious, so flavorful. We got the Everest samosa chat, Lamb shish kabobs, Steamed yak momos and Kashmiri naan. It was all great. Also, the service was amazing. The whole experience was wonderful. I’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful experience dining in! Got a variety of dishes and all were more than exceptional! Highly recommended the chili Momo add chili chicken.

We love this place! The food is the most flavorful and delicious Indian food we have found in the area. We dine there often since having found it. Portion sizes are generous; service is amazing. Our toddler son loves it too, and they are very family and kid friendly. Highly recommend!

I stopped in for a quick bite love the atmosphere, The waitress was knowledgeable about the menu. Nice little conversation with her, Plus I ordered the chicken curry and the chicken soup and dessert. It was all very good! Ordered some chicken fried rice to take home to my son which he said was delicious. Also the best rice we ever had and I love the curry, big chunks of chicken. Great spice level, definitely will be back again when I'm in the area.

Amazing experience dining at Yak and Yeti. This is our second time dining here. Last time, we were only able to get a few appetizers and they were so good. This time we wanted to try main course dishes and desserts. The food is very authentic. Very clean flavors and right amount of spice. They have a scale of 1-10 for spiciness and they cater the dishes according to your taste. We were welcomed with some Papad and chutney to munch on while we waited for our dishes to arrive. The servers are very kind and accommodating and help you with the menu to make alterations/substitutions as per needed. No heavy cream or oil and generous portion sizes. Veg Thukpa 8.5/10. First time trying this and it was really good. Mild tomato-based savory broth with bold flavors. The noodles are soft and the veggies are crunchy. The perfect combination of flavors and textures create a beautiful balance. Veg Nepali Thali 9/10: Really good shareable with a variety of different dishes. Different textures and flavors help you create a unique bite throughout the meal. Paneer Steamed Momos 9/10: Very flavorful momos with adequate amount of spicy chutney. The chutney could have a little bit more garlicky and punch of flavor but other than that, every bite is a burst of flavor. Overall, really good experience! A must visit place to try authentic Nepali food that will appeal to everybody’s palate and tastebuds!

This place is awesome. Truly! the food is delicious and the costumer service is wonderful. The personnel is always there ensuring you enjoy your stay and they personally advise you on your food selection. Highly highly recommend to try the Polynesian food from this restaurant.
